1. ENERGY - IMMEDIATE.
Cost of Living pressures to be addressed by reducing the Cost of Energy. How? Temporarily halt the transition to 100% renewables (wind and solar farms) and re-configure existing power stations to operate 24/7 (as was done a decade ago when energy costs were cheaper ).
As Australia only emits 1% of global GHG emissions, we have TIME to keep running our existing power stations until batteries, new gas fired power stations and new nuclear plants can be incorporated into the mix of our national electricity grid.
In the meantime, we need to stop further environmental destruction being wrought by the green renewables ideology as it cuts swaths through our nation’s regional areas.

2. ENERGY - FUTURE.
Remove the BAN/MORATORIUM on developing a domestic nuclear energy industry. Allow international Energy Markets to determine options and costs of new nuclear technologies - via government 'expressions of interest’ - for nuclear plants that can be feasibly incorporated into the existing renewables energy mix.
Facilitate public seminars and debates to inform the public. Facilitate a nuclear energy referendum/plebiscite.
New nuclear technologies being developed are Micro Modular Reactors (MMR) and Small Modular Reactors (SMR).

3. FIRST HOME OWNERSHIP.
The following facilitation processes to be considered for a First Home purchase only:-
1. Deductibility on all establishment costs.
2. Deductibility on all on-going running costs for first 5 years.
3. Permit weekly super contributions to be used to repay loan but only for first 5 years and capped (15%).
4. LANDCOM (State + Federal) to purchase/release more land for housing development.
5. Creation of UK style Shared Ownership Schemes
4. IMMIGRATION.
Wind down the current excessive IMMIGRATION levels until necessary and adequate national INFRASTRUCTURE and HOUSING can be initiated and completed. Productivity enhancing trade and professional immigrants excepted.
5. WARRINGAH METRO SERVICE.
A Metro Train System extension from the new North Sydney or Crows Nest Metro stations into the suburbs of the Warringah electorate. Feasibility study to be initiated.
6. VERY FAST TRAIN.
STAGE 1 - Sydney to Newcastle or Sydney to Goulburn/Canberra or Sydney to Orange/Bathurst link of a future National VERY FAST TRAIN (VFT) network.
7. CITIZEN INITIATED REFERENDUM (CIR).
Re-introduce a modified version of the 2013 CIR Bill. Enabling citizens to bring a particular Issue of public concern directly to parliament at any time.
8. SOCIAL MEDIA.
All digital social media platforms to be captured by the existing BROADCASTING and PUBLICATION LAWS.
9. WATER.
A Dam at Mt Foxton (FNQ) on the Burdekin River to create opportunities for Urban and Industrial developments as well as providing flood mitigation and environmental flows both east and west (to Lake Eyre Basin) from the Great Dividing Range (GDR).
Conceptual design by Civil Engineer, Mr John Kell.
10. INDIGENOUS YOUTH EDUCATION + TRADITIONAL INDIGENOUS LAND REFORMS.
Implementation of secondary ‘boarding schools,” adjacent remote outback indigenous communities, for secondary indigenous and non indigenous children in these remote communities. Consider reforming Native Titles away from collectivism to individual ownership.
11. FIRST EMERGENCY RESPONDERS.
Severe criminal penalties (a minimum jail term) to be enacted on any individual physically assaulting or hampering a First Responder during the course of their duty whilst attending an emergency situation.
12. FUNDING.
In order to fund the Nation Building Infrastructure projects proposed above, an Australian Infrastructure Fund (AIF) is proposed. This Fund would not use Taxpayers monies and have Quango status. Fund to be a variation of the USA EB5 - Immigrant Investor Programme and the Singapore GIP immigrant programme.
